Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The service (e.g., software, website) is unused and unchanged.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or invoice).
  • The request is emailed to support@ziscom.in.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital downloads (e.g., software, tutorials).
  • Gift cards or sale-priced services.
  • Custom projects once work begins.

If approved, refunds process within 7-14 days to your original payment method. Late refunds? Check your bank, then contact us. Shipping costs for physical items (if applicable) are non-refundable—you cover return shipping to our address (provided upon request).

Exchanges

Defective or damaged deliverables (e.g., software with bugs due to our error) qualify for replacement. Email support@ziscom.in within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Same-item exchanges only—no substitutions.

Gift Purchases

For gifts purchased via ziscom.in:

  • Direct-to-recipient gifts: You receive a gift credit if returned within 30 days.
  • Self-shipped gifts: Refunds go to the original buyer.
    Gift certificates are mailed post-return.
